Shipping & Returns Policy

At Thrive Australasia we want to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable and efficient as possible, so please refer to these detailed policies to satisfy any questions you may have.
Orders placed within Australia placed by 9pm will be dispatched on the next business day, unless you are otherwise advised. In most cases, good shipped domestically within Australia will be received within 3-7 business days of shipping. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
Each order dispatched by Thrive will be accompanied by a unique tracking number which will be provided to you at the time of dispatch via the email address supplied by you at the time of order. Any updates to the order will also be supplied to you via the nominated email address or mobile number.
If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at sales@thrivemilk.com.au or on 1800 525 770.
Invoices for goods supplied within Australia will include a delivery charge of $8.75 per single tin, $12.60 per 2 or 3 tins and $18.15 per carton of 4, 5 or 6 tins for domestic delivery within the Fastway Courier network throughout Australia (excluding NT). Additional charges will be incurred when an area outside of metropolitan locations is required and can be quoted upon request.
Invoices for goods supplied overseas and will include a charge for delivery which will be quoted upon nomination of delivery location. Overseas orders may be subject to Customs duties and taxes in the destination country which are the responsibility of the consignee.
Orders placed via our online store will be honoured with products with an expiry date of at least 3 months, unless otherwise stated in the product description. It is recommended that customers read the product description for goods placed on promotion or advertised at a special rate to avoid uncertainty.
